Prosthetics and Lifecasting

Real SFX are proud to announce our new prosthetic/lifecasting department. We now offer character makeup/bespoke prosthetics (including a range of wounds) gore, medical effects and blood rigs. We are able to produce life-like babies, stunt bodies, and detailed bodies for close camera shots.

Lifecasting is the process of creating a three-dimensional copy of a human body through the use of moulding and casting techniques. We use this practice for replicating a high level of realism and detail within our stunt bodies. We also use life casting for bespoke prosthetics. We offer our team and facilities for other companies.

Our new department is led by Freya Hargreaves and Michael Rosati who are hugely experienced in major Film and TV projects with a multitude of credits. They are versatile, innovative and not perturbed by taking on challenging work.
